Each cottage has a king master with a spa shower and towel warmer, a second king guest room, two queens upstairs, and a loft with beanbags and an imagination library for the kids. Downstairs, an L-shaped leather couch faces a 65-inch Smart TV under the peak of the roof.

A king bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, a full closet, and a private bath with a walk-in spa shower and a heated towel warmer for the morning after a late swim.
A second king bedroom with its own 55-inch Smart TV, spacious closet, and convenient access to a full communal bathroom.
Two queen beds nestled in the upstairs loft, a 43-inch Smart TV, and a full bath. Enough space to comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

Your slip at the marina is included, along with a free launch ramp pass and trailer storage. Call ahead with your boat’s length so the dock crew can have a spot ready.
127 and 129 Tuscany Lane, Seneca, SC 29672, on the grounds of Keowee Marina. Ten minutes to downtown Clemson, about an hour from Greenville. Onsite parking for cars and trailers.
Each cottage sleeps eight. Book both 127 and 129 for reunions, wedding weekends, or two families who like their own kitchens.

Beautiful cottage, perfectly designed. 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 king bedrooms & a loft with 2 Queens. Facing the beautiful lake. Also the marina & dock are right there!
Stay for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The boat was very clean and welcoming. The staff at the marina were very friendly and helpful. My 92 year old mother-in-law absolutely loved the boat and the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and toured the lake. It was beautiful and easy to navigate.
This was an incredible experience! If you are looking for a unique place for a couple of nights that is actually on the water itself, don't bypass this amazing place! Host was very accommodating, houseboat was cozy and the upper deck was perfect to watch the sunset over the mountains, reflecting off the lake. Don't miss out!
Our stay was amazing! The beautiful view, weather, accommodations, sites, all of the people that we met and the wonderful host Bradey that totally took care of us! Totally perfect and a definite return trip to come!
